Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations this time. We apologize for the restaurant being closed on the weekend; we understand this was inconvenient, especially after a long journey. We will review our communication regarding restaurant hours to avoid future misunderstandings. Regarding the TV issue, we regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we resolved it. Concerning the water, we have indeed moved towards a more sustainable approach by offering refillable bottles at reception. However, we will consider ways to improve this process for our guests. We do provide hand towels in every room. As for the toilet paper, there is additional supply in the wardrobe, and we have now added a second holder based on guest feedback. We are also addressing the issue of the stale smell in the corridor to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for all our guests. The €100 deposit guarantee is a standard procedure for any incidental charges, but we understand your concern and will review how we communicate this policy. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Please contact me directly at h0669-gm@accor.com so we can offer you a commercial gesture that should have been made at your departure.
