Staff are very ill tempered, swear at you and they were close to making my girlfriend cry, there is a you blonde man working night shift and to say he is a horrible human being is an understatement. Germany really need to review this staff especially in this hotel at night with there attitude and behaviour which needs improvement to say the least. Furthermore, do not advertise you have a 24 hour bar when your horrible bar staff refuse to serve me at 11pm

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan terminal bus dan akses Straßenbahn ataupun U -bahn. Pelayanan yang ramah. Hanya saja sat kami menginap di lantai 2, agak berisik, orang bicara di lorong pun sangat terdengar.

Tiny cold room, single uncomfortable bed. One pillow, very small duvet that would not fit a tall person. Not very clean- on my arrival I had a shower and noticed hair (head and pubic) on the wall of the shower… this did not move the whole time I was there as my way of testing was the room cleaned during my stay. Rough, hard and very small towels. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. No breakfast despite booking Altogether awful. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you want to experience an authentic Cold War East Berlin.

Hotel 1 Staff 5+ On business i booked ibis for 4 nights(200 euros per night)as it was close to Messe but the rooms are horrible and embarrassing for Ibis! They are old and dated with 3 options: 1 smells of smoke, 2 stinks of air freshener, 3 smells of poverty! All the rooms need ripping out and replacing. Many stains including the curtains! The hotel has no ac and it 33 degrees, open the window and it’s too noisy and still hot. The location is perfect but the hotel not however Ibis have a star (Julia) she handles pressure and complaints and always go above and beyond to help. I thought she had been there for years but found out she had only been there for 8 weeks, Ibis please reorganise your hero’s as the hot is a Dump! Many thanks Julio for all of your help and recommendations!!

The hotel has a great location and the staff is really friendly and helpful however when it comes to the rooms, comfort and value for money it is not worth it. The rooms have the charm of a prison cell, okay maybe a Swiss one complaining at a high level. You get one pillow which is flat like anything and one towel for shower and hand drying. On top the sewage in the bathroom did stink. This for over 100 Euro without breakfast not worth it. Some paintings or art on the wall another pillow and towel plus removal of the smell it would have been perfect.
