This hotel is located in a very nice location. Not too far of a walk to the train station and pretty much central to everything else. There are several close by train/tram stations here from this hotel that I could think of, Berlin Zoological Garden Station and Wittenbergplatz. Rooms are nice and has all the amenities needed. Service is also good and room are cleaned and made daily. Beds are very comfortable. Love the breakfast here and the food is really good. Please make sure to take the breakfast when you book it here. It's truly amazing. I like to also have a special shout out to Sina and Anette who has been super attentive and always making us felt well and comfortable during our breakfast session. Overall, amazing experience will definitely recommend and come back as well.

We booked the Pullman Berlin for a Boys trip for a week to watch the Euros ⚽️.The modern art on every floor is unique,on our travels as is the hotel contemporary design.Breakfast is top class as is the Spa and swimming area.We booked superior Premium rooms which overlooked Tiergarten.Location is very walkable to major sites but a 200 bus can take you to Posdamer Platz in 10 minutes.The stop is just outside the hotel and is €3.50.The S9 train takes you direct to the Zoo station then 12 walk to the Pullman.

What a superb hotel. Lovely room, excellent facilities, fabulous food and cocktail bar. Most of the staff were so lovely and friendly (apart from one extremely rude & impatient barman) The hotel knew it was my birthday and there was a cake and gift waiting in our room when we arrived, such a lovely gesture.

I’m a middle aged, fussy British woman. This hotel was perfect in every way. Stayed 3 nights March 2024. Located on a quieter but safe upscale area of the city with great shopping area nearby. Public transport excellent. Stylish decor throughout. Comfortable room on the top floor (9th) front facing view over the zoo. Breakfast excellent. Bar/drinks, relaxed. Gym, sauna and pool great (pool a bit cold for me but you can’t please everyone) Some staff are a bit aloof but are always respectful of your privacy….however a special shout out to the breakfast waiting staff….they were very attentive and lovely. I am definitely going to be a returning guest and will sign up to Accor (hopefully I’ll get a discount next time!)

Sleep with a biting bug

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. the first night i was bitten by a bug. I caught the bug and asked the hotel some medicine for beaten skin and to investigate it and let me know what the bug is. but the hotel only changed my room after it, but no additional actions. Even though I asked the investigation result and medicine to the hotel desk several times. It is a really painful experience. Not recommended. 이 호텔에서 5박을 한 적이 있습니다. 첫날 밤 저는 벌레에 물렸습니다. 벌레를 잡아서 피부가 망가진 것에 대한 약을 호텔에 요청했고, 벌레가 무엇인지 조사해서 알려달라고 했습니다. 하지만 호텔은 그 후에 제 방을 바꿨을 뿐이고, 추가 조치는 없었습니다. 제가 호텔 데스크에 조사 결과와 약을 여러 번 요청했는데도 말입니다. 정말 고통스러운 경험입니다. 추천하지 않습니다.
