This is our second time staying at 25Hours Berlin and it is one of a number of “Dis-Loyalty” hotels we have stayed it. It’s simply fabulous. We stayed in a jungle room with an excellent view of the Zoo - I imagine in summer you’d see more animals but we saw the Baboons and Elephants in the distance. We have stayed in both the medium and extra large rooms - the reading nook is an amazing touch. The location is fantastic, we connected for transport and close to good shopping (KaDeWe, Kurfurstendam). Over Christmas and New Year there is a market opposite the hotel for festive food and drink on the go. Monkey Bar on the roof is fabulous, NENI is great for food and the new day bar (I think this was a café last time) is a great touch. They don’t do room service but snacks and drinks (actually reasonably priced too) are available all hours from the lobby. I usually try to find some negative - I personally love the shower gel and shampoo but it seems to dry out my partners skin… that might the only downside. Also Berlin at New Year is a bit bonkers with fireworks - but I’d recommend doing what we did (going for dinner then watching the events from the excellent bedroom view with a bottle of wine) or there is the option to go to Monkey Bar or NENI (these were ticketed events and we decided to make other plans). Obviously this isn’t a criticism of the hotel who also graciously gave us a goody bag with ear plugs and some small bottles of liqour to see in the new year and block out any noise! Very thoughtful This might be our favourite hotel ever and we look forward to our next visit! p.s. Visit the Zoo. It really is fantastic and the pandas cannot be missed.

It was a great stay. Superb room. Friendly staff. Good views to city and zoo. Sauna with view to zoo as well .. only the sauna did not go on the 2nd day .. overall we liked it very much and try it next time or other city as well .. merry x-mas 🙏🧑‍🎄

From check-in to check-out, everything was just perfect. The staff is SUPER friendly and genuinely takes the time to make you feel at home. One late evening, I decided to hop on a bike to grab a beer at a nearby bar. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with extra lights—turns out none of us realized some bikes already have lights integrated in the frame! 😅 Safe to say, I was both well-lit and well-hydrated.

Wow, I was not expecting so much out of a hotel that I booked for such a reasonable rate. I travel quite a bit and kind of think most hotels are the same old, same old…but I loved this room that I got while staying here. The space was massive for a European hotel. Had a really cool reading nook and a full sized bathtub that was luxurious. I was able to upgrade into the larger room at check in, but I would book it straight away next time. Was totally worth the upgrade. Came with a bicycle to ride through the city, was really close to the S and U-bahn. Also, my room faced into the zoo, so you could see some of the exhibits out the window. The rooftop bar and restaurants were both really nice experiences and everyone who I interacted with on the staff was extra friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to Berlin and staying there again for sure.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, directly across from the Willhelm memorial church - an amazing Chrstmas market. The hotel is close to stations, ships and amenities. Comfortable room, great toiletries, firm, comfy bed and an incredible view over the zoo and wider city. Breakfast should not be missed. Lots of choice, cooked items, fruit, bread choice, meat, cheese, eggs, pancakes, rice pudding.... and delightful middle Eastern eggs. Something for everyone. Watch the zoo come to life while you eat your breakfast. Staff friendly, apart from in the amazing roof top bar. Our only disappointment was the bar was closed one evening with no alternative offered. Paying hotel guests were shut out due to an external party. We enjoy a late drink in the hotel bar and hotel residents should not be put second. Big learning point for the hotel - don't forget your core business. That said, overall excellent and I would go back.
