Additionally, the convenience of our complimentary shuttle service seems to have been a highlight for you, and we are delighted to hear that. However, we regret to hear that the heating in your room was not up to expectations and that you found the number of usable plug sockets to be insufficient. Our proximity to the bus station for easy access to the city centre is indeed one of the conveniences we are proud to offer. However, we regret to hear that the temperature of our meals did not live up to your expectations.
