My experience at the Pullman, like previous ones, exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Gerti, Jean, Aminata, Bintou and all the other staff at the hotel. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every request was met with promptness and professionalism, which truly made me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was the reception team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. However, while my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I believe there's an area that could use some improvement. The gym, though functional, had several machines that were either outdated or in need of repair. Some were rusty, and others didn’t work properly. With a hotel of Pullman’s caliber, I expected a gym that reflected the same level of excellence found in other areas of the property. Addressing these issues would make the experience even better for fitness enthusiasts like myself.

I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Teranga, Dakar. The personalised reception accorded me was warm and exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with breathtaking ocean view and scenery. Staff were always friendly, cleanliness was top notch, and the food was exquisite. The location of the hotel is quite central to areas of my interests in town. Special thanks to Madam Bintou and Madam Gerti and their team at guest relations for making my stay a memorable one.
