The new checkin process is terrible. First you wait at the gate to get your bags through holding up traffic, then you get asked to take a seat while they check you in and this took 25 mins (even though I checked in on line, this didn't make difference). Never any towels in the gym - this is every time I stay. The good side though is the people are always friendly and helpful

Excellent stay. Amazing staff. Outstanding service. However, extremely disappointed from the Gym. A Hotel like Pullman (Accor) should do better. Most of the machines either don’t work or are rusty and do not function properly. Towels are rarely available.
