La chambre est très bien, la literie est incroyable mais l'insonorisation est une catastrophe. Entre les bruits de ventilation qui se déclenche toutes les heures (et ma clim était éteinte) et la musique dans le couloir qu'on entend comme si le haut parleur était dans la chambre, c'est impossible d'être au calme

Chambre bruyante et aucun service n’est passé pour nettoyer L. chambre il a fallu le réclamer pour finalement que celui ci soit fait Le soir à 20h ! Après 24h !

Court séjour a Bogota, le personnel est très professional et de très bonne qualité. la chamber un peu petite pour un Sofitel amis très comfortable.

Tout était quasiment parfait. Ivan était aux petits soins comme une grande partie du personnel. Superbe petit-déjeuner, service pro et localisation très bien. Les chambres sont très confortables. L'expérience est au niveau des grands Sofitel. Le petit bémol est peut-être sur le bruit des frigidaires ... un détail !
