Dear Mr Bdad, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that you found our staff kind and that you enjoyed dining at our restaurant URBN Food & Drink. Nonetheless, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that room size is a significant factor for comfort, especially for business travelers, and we are sorry if you found the standard rooms not perfectly suited for your needs. Regarding the TV channels, we strive to offer a diverse selection with indeed Dutch, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese channels. The French channels could be found from channel 43 onwards. Ensuring a peaceful environment is important to us, and we apologize for the disturbances from noise. For future stays, please consider our rooms on higher floors or those facing the city for a quieter experience, and do not hesitate to request earplugs for additional comfort. We recognize the importance of practical lighting and ample bathroom space and take your comments seriously as we continuously seek to improve our guest experience. Additionally, we acknowledge your observations on the breakfast service and will work to ensure that our offerings are fully stocked and accessible, even during peak times. Finally, we are delighted that the genuine efforts of our staff and the quality of our dinner service contributed positively to your stay.
