Wiele pozytywów, ale dwie rzeczy warte korekty: woda do polewania kamieni w saunie bez olejków eterycznych. Po drugie zaś, dystrybutory wody na niektórych piętrach bez kubków i stojące w wodzie.

The hotel is very dated and needs maintenance. Some of the amenities are either broken or not cleaned well. Unwelcome feeling, I had an impression I’m bothering extremely busy stuff. Very crowded breakfast, staff couldn’t restock the food in time leading to queues. Some breakfast options were completely depleted already 1.5h prior to official breakfast finish. Sometimes sausages were moved to pots by bare hands without gloves. They blocked amount we had to pay, and then charged the same amount in a separate transaction effectively leading to double amount blocked on my card. After checkout we kindly asked to unblock the sum and had no reply so far (more than 2 days now).

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, super obsługa zarówno na recepcji jak i na śniadaniu. Jedyny minus to czystość w pokoju, nie które rzeczy są do wymiany jak płytki w łazience dookoła prysznicu, oraz nie pościerany kurz np. na drzwiach. Duży plus to woda w pokoju oraz zestaw kawy i herbaty w pokoju.
