We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced noise disturbances during your visit. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after a long day of travel and looking forward to a restful night. We appreciate your kind words regarding the shower, and we are glad that aspect of your room met your expectations. However, it is clear that the noise from other guests and the party atmosphere significantly impacted your experience, and we apologise for this. We also regret that our reception team was not immediately available to assist you and that our offer to move rooms could not fully resolve the issue due to the hotels ocupancy Please know that we take your comments seriously. We will review our procedures regarding noise management, guest communication, and timely responses to complaints to ensure future guests can enjoy a more comfortable and restful stay. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and hope you might consider giving us reach out to the General Manager to discuss this further on h0506-gm@accor.com. We sincerely apologise for the confusion around our opening times and for the limited menu options that impacted your dining experience. Your comments regarding the gammon, chips, and the wait for pineapple (and subsequently the egg) have been noted, as has your observation regarding the portion and presentation. We also regret that our service fell short, with one member of staff managing multiple duties, and that the facilities did not function smoothly. Please know that we take all feedback seriously. We have a new menu due to be launched in the next few weeks as we work to improve both our food offerings and overall guest experience.
