Lovely comfortable room and superb breakfast. We have stayed a few times before and its always been so welcoming and clean. The staff were all so polite and a special mention to Elyandva who served our drinks on the Friday she was a friendly and polite asset to your team. See you in the summer Team Coventry as it's our go to place now for visiting family in the area.

Worst hotel room by far. Dirty bathroom . No sink in toilet. Bedroom walls dirty and ceiling damaged. TV free view not working. Not one thing was okay. Nowhere near to 4 Star standard. Premier inn rooms are much nicer. We didn't use dinning area after bad experience in our room. Fortunately we only stayed for one night.

Used this a a stay over on way to NEC as prices here were considerably lower. 5 mins off of motorway and 20 mins from NEC. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were very police and friendly. Had an evening meal, burger and chips which was well worth the £15, big burger topped with bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce etc and chunky chips. Paid for the breakfast as part of the room Breakfast did not disappoint, help yourself full English breakfast, cereal, toast, pastries eyc etc etc Room was double and breakfast was £10, £70 in total for one night. The room was very comfy, big bed, tv, wardrobe etc, shower was lovely with easy to use controls.

Excellent hotel! Lovely room , staff very friendly and efficient. Food last night in restaurant was excellent and all freshly cooked to order. Great selection at Breakfast. Have stayed in other hotels this week that were a lot more expensive and nowhere near as good. Fantastic value for money.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff. 10/10. Perfect for our needs as a family of four + a golden retriever, pet friendly and kids eat breakfast free! Can’t go wrong!! Conveniently located too, not too far from parks for the kids and only a 15 minute drive from city centre! Can’t wait for our next visit to Coventry so we can stay again! Thank you Novotel team!!!
