I was very disappointed on this occasion. The previous two stays were great but not this time. Upon arrival reception had no details of our booking even though we had prepaid. The restaurant was a disaster. We ordered dinner, a bottle of Champagne to start and a bottle of wine to have with dinner. The waiter, whilst being a nice guy, didn’t have a clue what he wa doing. He got the order totally wrong, delivered starters and main course together, I had to chase him twice for the Chapagne which we opened ourselves and then had to chase him for the wine.

Общее впечатление испортила Погода - два дня шёл дождь. В телевещании отсутствуют Российское телевидение, что тоже плохо. На завтрак очень ограниченный выбор блюд, а те что есть заканчиваются - и персонал не следит за этим: даже омлета нам не досталось. Выбор блюд на ужин тоже очень ограниченный, fast food типа гамбургеров можно поесть на заправке на трассе.

Very cool place to stay at. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of entertainment for children and good location. It's a 10 min drive to Parc Asterix and 30 min train ride to centre of Paris. If we visit Paris again I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many Novotels, as a family of four. In this case we had quite a large room. It is possible they don't have many of them, but some Novotels have NO rooms of that size. So it was nice to have the extra room. Breakfast was very good, service was good. Nice atmosphere in the bar. Parking is easy.

In despite of its position out of Paris the quality of the stay and the courtesy of staff is excellent. I would suggest this hotel to who needs to stay in Paris north without having to face the problems of the daily traffic in Paris centre.

With friends to go to Arc at Chantilly convenient from airport and racecourse taxis to and from reason able price. Staff in all departments excellent. A car would be helpful as near motorway and not a lot in surrounds but restaurant in hotel very good and varied.

The hotel is just north of the main airport so quiet a good location, the staff were very helpful and the room was large and clean. The facilities were very good but the restaurant menu was a little basic and not a lot of choice but good value, Would defiantly book again

Great hotel for stopover just off the main A1 motorway. The grounds are spacious and secure, perfect for our two dogs. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, restaurant was excellent for dinner and served a good choice for breakfast.

For over 30 years I am a regular Accor customer having for more than 10 years an uniterupted Platinum status. In general I have never had any complaints as to the services you offer until my current stay in the Novotel of St-Witz of today and yesterday (reservation nr FJGLCZNQ). It started already upon my arrival yesterday evening when I had to wait at the gate for a very long time before someone was responding. I had the impression the hotel was under siege since I never experienced such a paranoiac behaviour at one of your hotels before. It gave me a very unpleasant first impression. Latheron around 19.15 pm I went to the restaurant whee I had to wait for an unusual long time before someone took the effort to accompany me to a table (there was somebody at the register but seeminly to busy to attend the customers). Once seated I had to wait over half an hour before someone came to ask me what I wished. In the mean time an elderly couple came sitting next to me, moving from the other end of the restaurant. They said to the waiter they wery moving there because they tought they would never be noticed otherwise...There were at that moment certainly not more than 10 customers in the restaurant. But the worst things still had to come... After having breakfeast in the morning an important customer (Veolia company) joined me at the hotel in order to visit together an important business partner based in the Fosses area. He left his car at the hotel in the meantime When coming coming back at the hotel at noon in order to have lunch at the hotel we found the gate closed. At that very moment I was in a telecon with a very important argentinian customer with respect to an important petrochemical deal. I rung in order to access. The receptionist asked me who I was and I replied I was their guest yesterday. She did not want to open the gate and continued to disturb my call with futile questions. My customer who was sitting next to me answered in my place. Finally the gate opened and whe parked the car. The manager of the hotel (Mrs Lotran I believe) came to the car with a man acting as a 'body guard'. My customer and myself felt treated like common criminals and we felt both humiliated by this kind of treatmendt. I was personally outrage having never been treated in such a denigrating way ever before. Such conduct one does not expect from the staff of a business hotel. On top of the bill Mrs Ltram insisted on charging my customer with a parking fee of 20 Euro! This practice I never have experienced from a Novotel Hotel anywere in the world! I belief Mrs Lotram wanted to show in a not very customer-riented way that she was the boss and that she could treat her however she felt fit....My customer explained her that he never had heard of this Novotel practice before (he is a French business man living in Paris). She nevertheless insisted on the payment. This only stimulated in a very strong way the bad impression we already had as to the way this particular hotel is being run. Of course we decided not to have lunch in the hotel.

First of all as I explained last Thursday, for reasons of obvious security, the gate of our parking is closed and 2 panels At the entrance stipulate that you have to go to the intercom and that our parking is reserved for the customers residing in the hotel.You refused to go to the intercom when the receptionist asked you if you had a room You replied that you came to pick up a car left in our parking lot, the receptionist asked you to go to the reception and you yelled: "Open this damn door I'm business" I went to meet you in the parking lot And I spoke with your colleague who was very calm, you came out of the car screaming: "What the hell is that you Frenchmen you are stigmatized" arriving very quickly on me and By making great gestures, seeing that I was assaulted, our technician came by security. The display of our prices specifies that the non-resident parking is invoiced 20 €. We can not accept to be assaulted in this way, our Parking is closed and secure and every person who wants to enter must introduce himself and as head of the establishment, my role is to ensure, in addition to the safety and serenity of my clients, you do not seem to want to understand it. If you had been courteous and pleasant we could have made a commercial gesture but the attitude you had was innaceptable. Welcome

We arrived, jet lagged, of course. They let us check in before check in time. The kitchen prepared a wonderful meal (they were not real busy for a Sunday night). The waiter/bar tender recommended wonderful wine and calvados. My husband forgot a jacket behind when left. I called them about it. We picked it up two weeks later. We appreciate their hospitality a great deal.

The standard of accommodation was very good at the Nototel Survilliers. The problem for us was its location. We were in transit and arrived from the airport by taxi. We had 24 hours until our next flight and had picked this hotel due to its proximity to the Chateau de Chantilly which was featured on the Accor website as being a nearby attraction. We asked at reception on our arrival about getting to the Chateau and were told there was no chateau. This may been caused by a language problem. However, when we enquired further we found that there was no way for us to get to the Chateau. Nor was there any other activity, restaurant, etc within walking distance, etc. You definitely need a car if you wish to stay at this hotel. We felt like we were captives at the hotel. We left after lunch the next day and arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport with a 6.5 hour wait, rather than being able to occupy ourselves in the local area for the day.

The castle of whipped cream is in 15 min of the hotel by car, we indicated well this information on our web site, we also have a RER station and a TER(a REGIONAL EXPRESS TRAIN) in 5 min of the hotel by car and you would have been able to go so directly to the center of Paris. I sincerely thank you and please accept my sincere apologies. I understand and am very sorry circumstances that partly disrupted your stay. I will provide the appropriate follow your comments. Hotel was nice, bedroom very roomy and comfortable. The staff were helpful & polite. The only thing that let this hotel down was the swimming pool was really dirty. After a long drive (on our way back from Spain to the UK), we had chosen this hotel because it had a pool. Was hoping the kids could have a swim and let off steam but neither of them would get in as it was really dirty. Shame kids were very disappointed.

Ok standard Novotel with acceptable service (french). Very good location for going to Paris over the day. Close to the train station in Fosses with free parking very close by. No problem getting a spot on a monday at 08:30 am. Novotel brakfast was ok and the facilities ok. Biggest plus for this Novotel is the perfect location close to Parc du Asterix and train station to Paris.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights - once on my way down to the south of France and then a week later on my way back. The hotel is 2 minutes off the motorway - so it is extremely simple to get to. Check in, on both occasions, was no more than giving the receptionist my name and literally, seconds later, being given the room card. Simple and perfect. The 2 kids beds were already made up - so they kids were in bed in double quick time. The double bed was large and comfortable. A special mention to the very modern bathroom - which had a very large shower and a very sensible sized sink - all absolutely spotless. We didn't have breakfast - so I can't comment on that. Overall - for a place to sleep halfway through a long journey - perfect. However, this probably does it a bit of a dis-service. I would happily stay there if I was visiting Paris or especially Park Asterix - as my wife and I have already talked about doing.

Paid for an executive room and space was extremely small for an executive label. stains in carpet and dirty, service and breakfast area was under staffed and little choice for again a 4 star hotel....

Like all Novotel Hotels the accomodation and cleanliness were very good. Our Superior suite was very large, comfortable and well appointed. A little disappointed with the menu. All staff very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was very suitable for a stop over before dropping off our hire car at CDG airport.we asked for a room with a view and received a ground floor room with a lovely view over the green park like garden

Great stop off just off the A1. Easy to find, friendly staff. Restaurants/fast food easily available locally. Thought the food and drink at the hotel was a little overpriced but plenty of other options. Friendly staff and a very comfy bed. Would definately use again
