Thank you to the outstanding Team and Team at the Sofitel Broadbeach. Service from the whole Team from Hotel entrance to checking in, concierge directing us to our room was impeccable. Great views from our room on the 11th Floor, we all loved the marble bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, great variety, fresh and plentiful. The Chia is yummy, we spoke to one of the Chef Team Adsa who prepared, giving us her recipe. Vianne is an absolute GEM, Guest Experience Manager, my family and I chatted with her at Breakfast. Great to see the Senior Team engaging with us guests. Top stay at a great hotel on the Gold Coast. Thank you.

I am very sorry to learn that your experience was impacted by the condition of your room, as this is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. While I am pleased to read your kind comments regarding our Reception and Breakfast teams, it is extremely disappointing to hear about the cleanliness of your room, the presence of a gecko, and the noisy air-conditioning. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Cleanliness and comfort are fundamental, and it is clear we fell short during your stay. Your feedback has been escalated directly to our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure this is addressed thoroughly, both in terms of room presentation and maintenance of our air-conditioning systems. We are also reviewing room inspections to prevent a recurrence of such an experience. ゴールドコースト、ブロードビーチにあるリゾートホテル。ビーチまでは徒歩2分、プールも広くて気持ちが良い。The Oasisと言うモールの中にあり、食事や買い物にも便利。 クリスマス時期で、割高だったのが唯一の難点。

Being situated within The Oasis shopping centre certainly adds to the convenience, and I’m glad you found it useful for dining and shopping. Hotel en buena ubicación, playa Broadbeach, cerca de lugares para conocer y con locomoción a mano. Las habitación ( Superior) era bastante grande y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda El desayuno SUPERLATIVO, de todo y muy variado. La cama muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. LA vista al mar es fabulosa y a pesar de no estar en primera línea, tiene una muy buena vista desde el balcón El personal, muy amable , varios hablaban español, lo que nos simplificó bastante .

La posizione è ottima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Considerato il prezzo e il fatto che dovrebbe essere un hotel di lusso vi sono però un po' di punti migliorabili. Le aree comuni, in particolare la piscina dovrebbero essere più curate nell'ordine e nella pulizia. Le camere sono belle e pulite. Buona la colazione.
