Excellent place for couples looking for a luxury escape

Excellent location. Great hotel if you wish to experience the Gold Coast and be close to shopping at Pacific Fair and the restaurants of Broad Beach. The service was 5 star all the way from the moment we checked in. We rang the hotel before check in to see if our room was ready and even though it was not the team was happy to call us once the our room was ready. The rooms were spacious for two people we did have a rollaway one night but apart from that for a couple its perfect. The rooms were very clean. Amenities are as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on top of a Woolworths which is great for snacks and the Woolies has a sushi bar which is great it you want a light meal. Room service was done through an app but it was easy to use and the food was great. The hotel is close of Pacific Fair shopping centre, the Casino and also the tram to Helensvale. There are plenty of restaurants and the Kurrawa Surf Club is across the road, become a lifelong member for $10 and enjoy member prices on food and beverage especially if you plan on heading there more than once. All in all we found the stay excellent. Pro Tip if you are planning to eat at the local restaurants do a quick search of what's available and book as the restaurants are very busy in that area.

While I am pleased to read your kind comments regarding our Reception and Breakfast teams, it is extremely disappointing to hear about the cleanliness of your room, the presence of a gecko, and the noisy air-conditioning. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Cleanliness and comfort are fundamental, and it is clear we fell short during your stay. ゴールドコースト、ブロードビーチにあるリゾートホテル。ビーチまでは徒歩2分、プールも広くて気持ちが良い。The Oasisと言うモールの中にあり、食事や買い物にも便利。 クリスマス時期で、割高だったのが唯一の難点。

Hotel en buena ubicación, playa Broadbeach, cerca de lugares para conocer y con locomoción a mano. Las habitación ( Superior) era bastante grande y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda El desayuno SUPERLATIVO, de todo y muy variado. La cama muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. LA vista al mar es fabulosa y a pesar de no estar en primera línea, tiene una muy buena vista desde el balcón El personal, muy amable , varios hablaban español, lo que nos simplificó bastante .

La posizione è ottima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Considerato il prezzo e il fatto che dovrebbe essere un hotel di lusso vi sono però un po' di punti migliorabili. Le aree comuni, in particolare la piscina dovrebbero essere più curate nell'ordine e nella pulizia. Le camere sono belle e pulite. Buona la colazione.
