I am very sorry to learn that your experience was impacted by the condition of your room, as this is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. While I am pleased to read your kind comments regarding our Reception and Breakfast teams, it is extremely disappointing to hear about the cleanliness of your room, the presence of a gecko, and the noisy air-conditioning. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Cleanliness and comfort are fundamental, and it is clear we fell short during your stay. Your feedback has been escalated directly to our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure this is addressed thoroughly, both in terms of room presentation and maintenance of our air-conditioning systems. We are also reviewing room inspections to prevent a recurrence of such an experience. Thank you again for acknowledging our team and breakfast offering, and I am truly sorry that the condition of the room detracted so significantly from your visit.
