Dear Heidi, First of all, thank you for your loyalty over the past 30 years — and for taking the time to share your concerns in such a detailed and thoughtful way. We are sincerely sorry that your most recent experience with us fell short of expectations, particularly in regard to the gluten-free options at breakfast. We fully understand the seriousness of Coeliac disease, and it is clear that we did not meet the standard you — quite rightly — expect from an international hotel chain, especially as a returning guest. We are grateful to you for acknowledging Loubna’s dedication and support — we will be sure to pass along your kind words to her. Your feedback has been shared with our food & beverage team, and we are actively reviewing how we can better cater to gluten-free dietary requirements going forward. The suggestion to include packaged, certified gluten-free options such as Schär is a valuable one, and we will explore this further. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us directly ahead of your stay in August so we can ensure your son and yourself are properly looked after. We are sincerely sorry to hear that both of your stays with us were uncomfortable, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning system. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, especially when traveling with children, and we are truly sorry that the room temperature impacted your rest. Unfortunately, the system in place does rely on outside temperatures to switch modes, and we recognize this can be frustrating when the indoor climate becomes uncomfortable. Pretty decent stay but the hotel was overwhelmed on a peak Saturday

We're pleased to hear you appreciated the upgrade as an Accor member, and that you enjoyed your dinner and breakfast with us. That said, we're truly sorry that your experience was impacted by the high occupancy and the resulting disturbances. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with noise, especially late at night or early in the morning, and we regret the inconvenience this caused you. Regarding the presence of dogs in the dining areas, we do follow a pet-friendly policy, but we also expect owners to ensure their pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests.
