Dog friendly hotel, with plenty of grass inside the hotel grounds, plus ample places to walk the dogs. Loads of parking, Rooms an okay size for a couple of nights. Breakfast selection was pretty good. Could do with some fresh tomatoes etc. Dinner at the on site restaurant was very good. Nice pool and outdoor areas to relax. Free pool, table football and pinball machine were great. Very friendly staff

This hotel was booked for us for a one night stay during a Costsaver group Tour. This hotel does not have a lift. Good breakfast, no fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities, good bedding and good WiFi. The reception staff very very helpful and carried our bags to the second floor.

Cute hotel..AVOID the restaurant !

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel on a guided trip of France. Rooms were clean and cute. Dinner at their restaurant was awful. Ordered the ribeye and it was so tough I could barely cut it with a knife. It took over 15 chews to try and swallow a piece. It may be the worst steak I have ever had .. anywhere

We stayed here for 4 nights (Friday-Monday nights). One of the best hotels we've stayed in, anywhere. All the staff are friendly and helpful - Loanne, who checked us in; the staff in the breakfast room and in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean and big, with a large comfortable bed and great pillows. There was a fridge and two desks. The TV even had Foot Direct, which shows English Premiership games live as well as highlights (the programme was called, a bit tongue-in-cheek, “Le Match of ze Day”). WiFi was terrific. The hotel was very busy on the Friday and Saturday nights, but we got a great nights sleep all four nights. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t hear a sound. Loads of free parking on the grounds. After three of our busy days' sightseeing, we ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent as was the service. It was busy all four nights that we were staying. It was great not having to worry about finding someplace to eat. The buffet breakfast is top-notch too. The staff work hard, keeping stocks replenished. Great mini-croissants! We have eleven more hotels on this trip. IBIS Styles Avignon has set a very high benchmark for them. We had a very relaxing four days. We will definitely return.

Old, smelly room with stained carpets and loose wires. Not a 3 star lodging and not acceptable for the price.
