The terrible hotel that I ever stay. The hotel with the rudest staff I have ever stayed in. reception breakfast and bar staff very rude. We were not allowed to take 1 apple served at breakfast and go out

Good for Training as a mosquito ninja

Firstly, thank god it wasn’t our own money being spent on the stay here. Our flight was cancelled and this is where easyJet decided to put us up. On arrival the area this ‘hotel’ is based looks completely unsafe and run down. On pulling up to the place we looked at each other with sheer shock. It looked like a prison. Somewhat reassuring the big metal gates given the area we were in however. On checking in the gentleman on the desk was friendly and helpful. But that’s where the positives end. Locating our Rooms was easy on the ground floor. However who ever chose the Decor really needs a real think. It looks seriously like prison corridors. Grey everywhere. We travelled as a party of 3 so we had 2 rooms. Meaning one guest (me) was in a room alone. The rooms are dated and dirty. The shiny curtains covered in stains. The rooms smelt damp and I soon found I was not alone. I had many a pals in the mosquitoes that had taken up residence. I showered and tried to get rest but due to location of this hotel I did not feel safe. Placing the chair against the door gave some reassurance. After a few hours we had survived. Time to check out. While sitting in reception and joining up again with friends we were constantly being attacked with mosquitoes. It seems a real issue at this hotel. It really isn’t pleasant. As I say thank god it wasn’t our own money paying to stay here. We thankfully could have a joke about the whole place and look on the bright side. We are now mosquito ninjas. Thinking of trying to get it to be a competitive sport. For sure this is where u could come to train.

I think it is good to keep in mind that we were ask 20 minutes before your arrival to provide room for your group of 50 people due to your flight cancellation. You are upset, i understand.Sorry for the disturbance even if we cannot be responsible for that. If you want to come back and see how we improve the service, that can be fine. We are now planning to make the corridors at your taste. Best regards.

One of the worst hotels you can visit.. 1) the stuff early speaks English 2)when you talk to them they guess what you need.... 3)in order to order in the bar or the restaurant you need to search them.. 4) When you speak English the look each other laughing and speak French to each other making fun of you... Unless you have a choice never visit this place....

The Barman went to the kitchen for a while when you came to order. I hope you did not go and search him. Sorry again. Hope you had had a good stay . Best regards.

Hotel não tem gerente, você chega e fica do lado de fora do portão onde tem uma folha dizendo que você precisa ligar para o Hotel para deixar você entrar, trata- se de um hotel de um aeroporto nem todas pessoas tem um telefone para ligar! Equipe com atendimento péssimo

Dear Guest, Thank you a lot for your review. I do not understand Portuguese but i can understand you point. The outside door for the Parking were out for service and unfortunately, we had to wait for the maintenance company. The whole staff work to provide the best service possible for every guest. Hope we can see you later for a better stay. Best regards.

Estava em viagem com a família e precisei ficar uma noite neste hotel. O hotel está em uma localização ruim, longe do aeroporto e longe de Paris. As instalações são precárias, antigo, falta manutenção e limpeza, Fomos no verão e o quarto era sufocante, o ar condicionado não funcionava nos dois quartos que ocupamos, e precisamos dormir com a janela aberta. A funcionária Poliane, não é muito gentil com os hóspedes, ela foi muito rude no checkout.
