Dear guest, First of all, thank you for choosing the Hôtel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint Georges for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value every opportunity to improve. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your visit. Concerning the parking which is not our property, we were able to negotiate the rates so that our customers can enjoy a rate of 19 € instead of 30 €. However, taking into account your comment, we will also try to discuss with them regarding its signage in order to improve our customers' experience from the start. Please know that our reception team is always available 24/7 and more than happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. We understand how important clear information are to a comfortable experience, and your comment has already been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review.
