The member recognition was excellent in this hotel. Platinum member got access to executive lounge, late check out and table reservation. In particular, during the Japanese holiday when we were staying, the hotel was nearly in full house. However, the hotel paid extra effort to make its members more comfortable by reserving a table for elite members for buffet breakfast and dinner. This practice was really appreciated and gave members a very good impression. The food and beverages offered in this hotel were excellent. I was particularly impressed by the crab offered in the dinner buffet.

Train room at L3 is suitable for toddlers. The kids playground and activities rooms at B1 are very fun. My kids enjoyed the hotspring experience too.

Great hotel for kids, with plenty of activities for them. The breakfast and dinner areas with food were overcrowded, and many people were in a rush due to the time limits. Some items were not replenished during the last time slot, which reduced the assortment. Good selection of drinks and alcohol. Unfortunately, there was nowhere for parents to spend time in the late evening. Extending the lounge hours to at least 1 a.m. would be helpful(even without drinks/snacks), as there is currently no place to sit and talk once the children are asleep. Please consider this points for improvement 1. No place for parents to sit and talk after 11 p.m. 2. Please extend the opening hours during the day for the B1 children’s playground and the onsen. The current schedule is not convenient for guests staying multiple nights — from 10/11 a.m. to 3 p.m. they cannot use these facilities, which is uncomfortable, especially when the purpose of a two-night stay is to have a full day of fun after the first night.
