I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please kindly note that the nearby café is not under the direct control of the hotel. However, upon receiving your concern, our team took immediate action by contacting the relevant authorities to address the noise issue. In addition, we offered to relocate you to a room on the opposite side of the hotel in an effort to minimize the disturbance and improve your comfort as agreed from your side. Regarding the air conditioning, we regret any inconvenience caused during your stay and appreciate your comments, which help us identify areas for improvement. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; your feedback is very important to us.
