The whole stay was excellent-from the food, to facilites for children in Family Park to the apartment which was awesome (big, spacious and extremly clean). Only thing that bothered us were the guests in the room above us who made constant noise every evening so we made a complaint to the front desk. We were offered another room but we declined since we stayed only for three nights. Will definitely visit again with my family, prefferably during the summer. Top notch!

At first, we were disappointed that the family park is located in a separate building, especially since we arrived in the middle of winter, with snow and freezing temperatures. However, the facilities and the overall impression quickly impressed us, so it no longer felt like an issue. Everything is beautifully designed and perfectly adapted for small children, which was the most important thing for us.

Not the best experience overall, the room was a bit dirty on check in. Reception didn’t really helped much. There is a problem with the shower & WC, causing a terrible smell from the drains. It was hard to open the window as it was freezing cold outside. Was charged for drinks we didn’t order on check out. Overall might not be a5 star hotel, more like a 4 star.
