This is a great hotel choice for those who want to experience Osakas busy shopping area. The hotel itself is above the namba station and takashimaya with special access to both establishments. Across the plaza, one can roam IOI department store, a theater and street shopping district. It is also a short walk from dotonburi and don quiote for souvenirs. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel itself serves superb meals. Their lounge for Accor members also offered delectable selections and impeccable service. Rooms and comfort rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our family of 4, never felt crammed in the space. Beds are comfortable and our room had a great view of the shopping district below. Over all, this is a great option for families.

Excellent location, super convenience with the train system. close to shopping mall. Nice breakfast food and environment. The reception staff are nice and helpful ,specially "ADHL"(hope i remember the name correctly), his heartfelt service make me feel valued.

Everything was very good. Location and cleanliness were excellent. The room and its amenities were also very good. However, bedding was not good. The mattress was too hard and not comfortable but what was particular bad were the pillows which were extremely small and also very flat and uncomfortable. Please do upgrade your pillows.

Stayed here for 7 nights with the family. Great location right on Namba square. Located above Namaba station. Great restuarant on the 36th floor for breakfast and also took advantage of the executive lounge on the 33rd floor which provides food and drink between 5-7pm. Used the gym, sauna, cold plunge and onsen which were fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Osaka

Overall the hotel is great. Good location, good facilities, but i felt a bit underappreciated as a Gold Accor member. The welcome drink was not properly explained how to claim. Priority counter wasnt really in use so we ended up having to queue up long. One other stain point was during breakfast service: the lady chef who was doing the omelet station was not friendly at all. It seems like she did not want to be there and attend to the guests. I was waiting in front of her for a good 3 minutes and she did not acknowledge me at all to indicate either she is busy or will attend to me soon. Instead she had a very annoyed face. I just left. My wife also overheard another guest getting angry with her as he wanted omelets but she told him to take the fried eggs which were already cooked. I complaint to one of the restaurant team members but i think nothing changed as she was still manning the omelet stall as we left.
