Amazing location - so close to dotonbori and namba area with lots of food and things to do. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. The staff are also extremely friendly - like Mr Hideya at the concierge who assisted us with booking taxi to the airport and also helped me make hair appointment. He was very kind and went above and beyond to show me exactly where the hair salon was and checked in on my experience after the appointment. Thank you Mr Hideya!!

My stay is perfect. Easy to access. Connected with nankai aitport train just go down with lift and u will be in front of the airport train ticket counter

We had a lovely stay at Swissotel Nankai. We found the hotel to be in a great location, although very difficult to find the lobby from the subway/metro train lines. There was very little signage to the hotel and lobby area. We came across several people trying to find their way in or out of the lobby area. Once outside though everything was in walking distance. Rooms were very dated and could do with some renovations/refreshing but were comfortable enough and staff were very pleasant. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.
