Your comments about the accommodation, WiFi, breakfast, team service, and check-out process are invaluable to us, and we appreciate your honesty. Same time I would like to mention that we did provide room upgrade to one room which is for the member room and the other 2 rooms next each other, due to the high occupancy we could not provide room upgrade to all 3 rooms.
