1. Definition of the Offer

This offer entitles the customer to a 25% discount applied for any eligible stay booked within the 9 first months after the hotel's sales opening, for stays taking place within the 9 first months after the hotel opening (as of the 1st night of operation).

 

2. Eligible Hotels & Availability

This offer is valid, subject to availability, in ALL Accor Hotels that have been selected to participate in the offer at their opening. Please refer to the list of participating hotels for more details.

 

3. Booking Channels

Your reservation may be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor mobile applications, reservation center, directly at the hotels) as well as through tour operators and third-party online travel agents (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).

 

4. Rate & Discount Conditions

The displayed discount of the Opening Deal Offer, 25% off, applies to the flexible rate, on room only or with any meal plan available at the hotel.

The discount does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes related to the tourist tax.

Offer valid with no minimum stays.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel. Please refer to the terms & conditions of the selected hotel in the cancellation policy section for more details.

 

6. Blackout Dates & Validity

Blackout dates may apply, and the offer is subject to availability.

 

7. Combination with Other Offers & Groups

This offer can be combined with ALL Member discount. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits (including ALL PLUS offers) and does not apply to groups.

 

8. Payment & Guarantee

Rates are quoted in local currency.

All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

 

9. Liability & Force Majeure

This offer is subject to availability. General sales terms and conditions apply to reserved public rates specific to each hotel. Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer accept no liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation, and the benefits of the offer (particularly Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented under these circumstances.
