PARTNER PRIVILEGE ACCOR PLUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ASIA PACIFIC) (“Terms”)
Effective Date: i October 2025
1. Definitions
“Accor Plus Program” means the Accor Plus membership program operated by AAPC. “Accor Plus Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions which apply, from time to time, to the Accor Plus Program (available at https://www.accorplus.com/en/other/about/terms-and-conditions). “Asia” means Asia Pacific excluding Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. “Asia Pacific” means Australia, Cambodia, China, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hong-Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam . “AAPC” means AAPC Singapore Pte Ltd. “Card” means the Partner Privilege Accor Plus membership card. “Hotel Owner” means any owner (individual of at least 21 years of age) of a hotel which is operated under an Accor hotels brand in Asia Pacific, or any franchisee (individual of at least 21 years of age) of a hotel which is operated under an AccorHotels brand in Asia, who has entered into a franchise or management agreement with AAPC or its affiliates – but this does not extend to any owner or franchisee of a hotel operating under the hotelF1, Formule 1, or Mama Shelter brands. “Accor Live Limitless” means Accor s’ global loyalty program currently known as “Accor Live Limitless”. “Accor Live Limitless Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions which apply, from time to time, to Accor Live Limitless (available at all.accor.com). “Member” means a Hotel Owner who has accepted the Program’s Terms. “Program” means the Partner Privilege Accor Plus membership program for Hotel Owners.
2. Introduction
These Terms govern the Program operated by AAPC. The Card is the property of AAPC. The Program and Card is only made available to Hotel Owners by invitation of AAPC.
These Terms are effective as at the effective date specific above, and may be amended by AAPC from time to time in accordance with the Terms.
3. General conditions of membership
3.1 Signature on or use of the Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3.2 The Program is a component of the Accor Plus Program operated by AAPC. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions shall apply to these Terms.
3.3 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
3.4 On joining the Program, each Member will be automatically enrolled into Accor Live Limitless and each Member agrees to the Le Club Terms and Conditions.
3.5 The Card must be signed by each Member. The privileges of membership will only be granted on presentation of a valid membership Card (in either physical or digital format), or a valid membership number (if a Card has not yet been issued).
3.6 The Card may only be used by the Member whose name is printed on the Card. The Card is to be used by its Member only and cannot be sold, lent or assigned.
3.7 The Card does not constitute a means of payment and does not guarantee reservations.
3.8 In the event the Hotel Owner also qualifies for an Accor Privileged Partner card issued by another affiliate of AAPC in another region, the Hotel Owner shall only be entitled to hold one such privileged partner card, being the card with the most favourable benefits.
4. Dining Privileges
In addition to the dining privileges a Member may be entitled to under the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions, a Member shall be entitled to the dining privileges provided in this clause, subject to the conditions herein. For the avoidance of doubt, the dining privileges in these Terms may not be used in conjunction / cumulatively with the dining privileges under the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions.
4.1. Availability of dining benefits
Dining benefits for ALL Accor+ Explorer members are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating brands in the Asia Pacific region to the conditions and exceptions outlined in clauses 4.2 to 4.5.
4.2. Description of dining benefits
When a member dines at a participating Accor hotel restaurant or bar, the member will receive the following discount on the food bill, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined in clauses 4.2 to 4.5:
(a) Members will receive 30% off the total food bill up to a maximum of 10 people.
(b) Members will receive 15% off beverages up to a maximum of 10 people.
(c) Please note that only one Membership Card may be presented per reservation for the purposes of calculating the discount, with a maximum 30% discount off the food bill and 15% off beverages.
(d) For groups of eleven (11) to twenty (20) people, a 10% discount of the total food and beverage bill will be applied.
(e) For tables of twenty-one (21) or more people no discount is provided.
4.3. How to claim dining benefits
(a) Reservations at participating Accor hotel restaurants may be made:
(i) directly with the restaurant;
(ii) through the ALL Accor+ Explorer Website; or
(iii) through the participating restaurant booking system via Accor hotels brand websites.
(b) In order to obtain the benefit of the dining benefits, you must:
(i) identify yourself as an ALL Accor+ Explorer member when making your reservation; and
(ii) (for in-restaurant dining) present your valid Membership upon entering the restaurant or upon being seated in the restaurant.
4.4. General conditions and exceptions
(a) No discount applies to room service (both food and beverages), mini-bar, meeting rooms, selections from the kids’ menus or takeaway.
(b) Dining benefits may vary at selected Accor hotel restaurants from time to time, and you may refer to the Benefits Exceptions’ page on the ALL Accor+ Explorer Website.
(c) Dining benefits may not be available on national public holidays or special event days. These blackout dates can be found on ‘Dining blackout dates’ on the ALL Accor+ Explorer Website.
(d) To the extent that local laws entitle members to dining benefits more favourable than those offered under the ALL Accor+ Explorer programme, those benefits shall apply.
(e) Dining benefits may not be used in conjunction with or as preferential discounts, or conference rates.
(f) All prices quoted on which discounts will be calculated are inclusive of any GST, VAT or similar tax if applicable unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Additional local conditions and exceptions
(a) In the Philippines only:
(i) The member recognises that the Membership is intended to promote the goods and services of the participating hotels subject to the “No Double Discount” policy of Republic Act No. 9994 and Republic Act No. 9442.
(ii) As mandated by law, senior citizens and PWDs may avail of either the 20% discount under Republic Act No. 9994 and Republic Act No. 9442 respectively, or the dining discounts and benefits under their Membership, whichever is higher and more favourable.
(b) In India only: When dining in India, the dining discounts will be calculated prior to adding applicable taxes. All applicable taxes will be added to the discounted dining bill in India only.4.3 Dining Globally (outside Asia Pacific)
The Member will receive 15% off restaurant expenses (dine-in only) for up to 8 people (including the Member) for breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, SO Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, Swissotel, 4 Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles hotels in countries outside Asia Pacific. The participating hotels are those participating in Accor Live Limitless (please refer to the Accor Live Limitless page of the all.accor.com site – list of brands and non-participating hotels).
4.4 How to claim dining privileges
(a) Reservations at participating restaurants may be made:
(i) directly with the restaurant;
(ii) through the Members' website (www.accorpartner.com) or via the Table Plus booking system; or (iii) through the Table Plus booking system via AccorHotels brand websites.
(b) In order to obtain the benefit of the dining privileges, each Member must:
(i) identify each Member when making a reservation (or when ordering from the bar snack menu if applicable). When making a reservation using the Table Plus system, each Member should identify themselves as a Member by logging in as a member to the booking system; and
(ii) (for in-restaurant dining) present the valid Card upon entering the restaurant or upon being seated in the restaurant.
(c) Any promotional offers available through the Table Plus booking system are subject to the terms and conditions listed in connection with such offers. Please check terms and conditions of these promotional offers for more details.
5. Accommodation Privileges
5.1 Members are entitled to enjoy the “Partner’s Rate”, subject to availability at the participating hotels at the time of booking and the terms herein. The participating hotels are those hotels participating in Accor Live Limitless - a list of hotels not participating in the Program can be found at [https://all.accor.com/gb/loyaltyprogram/user/hotels_exception.shtml].
5.2 Members will receive the Partner’s Rate - being a 30% - 50% discount off the best available unrestricted public rate at the time of reservation - at participating Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery by Sofitel, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Peppers, Quay West, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Mantra, Novotel, Mercure, ibis, ibis Styles, and BreakFree hotels in Asia Pacific.
5.3 Members will receive the Partner’s Rate - being a 30% - 50% discount off the best available unrestricted public rate at the time of reservation - at participating Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Rixos, MGallery by Sofitel, Pullman, Swissôtel, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Novotel, Mercure, Adagio, Mama Shelter, ibis, ibis Styles, Thalassa Sea & Spa 5 hotels, outside Asia Pacific – at participating Peppers, Mantra, Break Free and Art Series hotels in Asia Pacific.
5.4 The Partner’s Rate is available on any room type and is offered on a last room availability basis (that is, if the hotel has a room available a Member is guaranteed a room at the Partner’s Rate for that day).
5.5 Members can book up to 2 rooms on their Partner’s Rate for each stay provided:
(i) the Member is staying in one of the rooms;
(ii) the dates of stay for the other room are the same as the dates of stay for the 1st room;
(iii) the Member personally settles the final account for both rooms;
(iv) blackout dates may apply; and
(v) a minimum length of stay may apply.
5.6 Partner Privilege stays on an eligible rate will attract Accor Live Limitless “Rewards Points” (but not “Status Points”) in accordance with the Accor Live Limitless Terms and Conditions, but do not attract Frequent Flyer points or Air Miles directly, unless the Member has selected this option on all.accor.com in the Profile section.
5.7 Stays on the Partner Privilege Rate in Asia Pacific will allow members to attract both Accor Live Limitless “Rewards Points” and will enjoy other status-related benefits.
5.8 How to Claim Accommodation Privileges Reservations should be made in advance with the participating hotel, through the Members' website (www.accorpartner.com), Accor website or through Accor Reservation Services. When making a reservation each Member should identify themself as Member and provide a valid credit card to secure the booking. A valid Card and ID must be presented to the hotel at check-in and check-out to obtain the Member accommodation privileges.
5.9 Cancellation Policy Each booking may be cancelled without penalty if such cancellation occurs no later than 18:00 (local time) one day prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. If the Member cancels the booking after that time, the first night of the stay will be charged (to the credit card provided) at the Partner’s Rate 6 for that night. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the booking confirmation as these conditions may vary.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards and Certificates
Members shall promptly report lost or stolen Cards to Member Services at the following address: ppc.apac@accor.com. A replacement fee will be charged for a replacement Card.
7. Period of Validity
Each Partner Privilege Accor Plus membership is valid until the last day of the month shown as the expiry date on each Card.
8. Breach by Member
Any breach of these Terms, any abusive or fraudulent use of the Card, the provision of any false information and any prejudicial or reprehensible behaviour (in particular, regrettable, malicious or insulting behavior towards hotel staff or guests) may, at AAPC’s sole discretion, result in the temporary suspension or termination of a Member’s membership in the Program without prior notice or compensation, as well as the cancellation of the rewards points earned by the Member with his/her card. This suspension or termination shall be without prejudice to AAPC’s right to take action towards the Member.
9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1 If a Member no longer qualifies as a Hotel Owner, the Card will be cancelled automatically and the privileges under the Program shall no longer be enjoyed.
9.2 However, as the Accor Live Limitless membership is separate from the Partner Privilege Accor Plus membership, the Accor Live Limitless membership does not expire and the membership status will be defined according to the level of activity during the 365 days prior to the expiry or renewal date of each Partner Privilege Accor Plus membership.
10. Availability of Program
Accor gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Program. AAPC may terminate or suspend the Program at any time. AAPC will give at least 12 months' notice to each Member of such termination or suspension, except if AAPC ceases to carry on business, or has gone into liquidation or other form of administration, in which case AAPC may terminate or cancel the Program immediately without notice.
11. Limitations of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, modifies or restricts any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by any legislation 7 which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This may include consumer laws and regulations which contains guarantees that protect the purchasers of goods and services in certain circumstances. Subject to any statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of AAPC and its respective affiliates and the participating hotels, to each Member whether arising in contract or in tort or under statute or otherwise shall not exceed, in the case of a claim in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, or in the case of services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the costs of having the services supplied again.
12. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions stated elsewhere in these Terms, the Program discount privileges may not be used in conjunction with or as a discount on corporate rates, preferential discounts, or conference rates. Unauthorized advertising, lending, distribution or sale in part or whole of the membership and membership benefits is not permitted without the written permission of AAPC. A breach of this restriction may result in the immediate cancellation of the membership and AAPC on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates (including the entity from which the membership was issued) reserves its rights to pursue additional compensation for damages.
13. Goods and Services Tax
All prices quoted to Members on which discounts will be calculated are inclusive of any GST, VAT or similar tax if applicable unless otherwise stated.
14. Terms subject to change
AAPC reserves the right to vary these Terms at any time subject to giving reasonable prior notice to the Members. Such notice will be given either by email or post. If a Member does not agree with the variations, he/she may terminate his/her membership by written notice to AAPC, within 10 days of receiving AAPC’s notice.
15. Program communications
As a Member, each Member agrees to AAPC and its affiliates sending each Member from time to time direct mail or receiving telephone calls or e-mails to keep each Member informed of promotions and/or new developments regarding each membership and to make other offers. AAPC and its affiliates will comply with all relevant laws with respect to privacy.
16. Data Privacy
16.1 Each Member agrees that its personal data will be processed by the company Accor SA (82 Rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France) and that the members personal data will be used to to manage the Member’s reservations and 8 stays and, on the basis of our legitimate interest, to get to know the Member better in order to personalize offers and communications, improve the services provided and the customer experience and to send the Member information about the products and services of the AccorHotels group.
16.2 Data is intended to be used by Accor SA, by the entities and hotels of the AccorHotels group and by Accor SA service providers. In particular, data relating to Member stays, Member preferences, Member satisfaction and, if applicable, the Member loyalty program is shared between the hotels of the AccorHotels group in order to improve the quality of service and each Member’s experience in each of the establishments of the group.
16.3 Each Member may at any time object to the Member’s data being shared between the hotels by writing to data.privacy@accor.com.
16.4 A Member’s data may be transferred outside the European Union when this is necessary to make a Member’s reservation or implement measures prior to the latter or when appropriate and suitable safeguards have been established of which you may request a copy.
16.5 Each Member has the right to request access to their data, to correct it, to erase it or to ensure its portability, to object to its processing or to request that this be limited, as well as the right to give instructions for the processing of each Member’s data by writing to the following address: data.privacy@accor.com.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
17.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith discussions between the Member and AAPC within 60 days after the receipt by one party of a notice from the other party of the existence of the dispute. If the parties unable to resolve the dispute within the 60 day period mentioned above, then either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in Singapore in accordance with its Arbitration Rules for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference to this clause. The Tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator to be appointed by the president of the court of arbitration of SIAC and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the Parties. The liability for the arbitration costs and related costs including the costs of enforcement of the arbitration award shall be determined by the arbitrator.
