Nice experience at Square restaurant. We had buffet with family. Lokesh the restaurant manager took good care of us. Really Lokesh and staff is hard working team that too with smile. Thanks

Front desk staff, Atharva was extremely rude. My key had stopped working when i went down to get it charged, he threw the key on the table and the most unpleasant body language. Later, I wanted to take my food order, which the delivery guy told me and i also had a word with security to keep it there as it was almost my check out time. When I went down to collect it, the staff was clueless as to where the order was kept. The cab was waiting for me and the fact that the staff was clueless made the situation even worse. Later I again had an interaction with Atharva and he asked me what i had ordered. I told him that it was not necessary for him to know as I have told my room number already. He said “if you have ordered it you would know” and the tone was so bad and demeaning. I made sure that I told him that but i left in a very bitter note.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly and efficient, Buffet has alot of options, Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, neat and clean washroom. Special mention for Mr Lokesh and Ms Matsung F and B staff very well coming. Keep up the good work.

The experience was really good specifically the in room dining. The staff is so polite & helpful. They customised my meal. And very fast service. Amit in IRD was very very helpful. Chef made great food. Stay was nice and comfortable
