I’m a regular visitor to this place . The best part I love about this place is the prompt service they provide and the staff is very good . And I just love the breakfast they have a vast variety of it and it’s very tasty and delicious .The view from the rooms are also good. Specially road side facing .

Pure luxury. The rooms are very good. We were offered the room with a swimming pool view. Being an accor plus member, my room was auto upgraded to the newly constructed Premier category. The beds were comfortable and the room was stacked with all the required amenities and facilities. The service is very good. The food quality is awesome though for vegetarians the option are less in comparison to non-vegetarian items, particularly desserts. Otherwise the quality of food is very good and hygienic. The location is also very strategic as Ramwadi metro station is just 5 min walk and so is Phoenix Hypercity for shopping and entertainment. Further the hotel is located in Viman Nagar which is a lovely place for foodies. They offer great benefits to Accor Plus members like welcome drink, early check in and late check out, complimentary room upgrade etc. Worth taking their membership. Overall, I will recommend this hotel anytime for a lovely stay and gorgeous food

Rooms are well mainted.staff is very cooperative and helpful specially suvajit .Overall experience was awesome. Breakfast was tasty and hygienic As well as prachi did a good job... Suvajit is very humble, and very helpfull guy. he manages guest very well... Thanks suvajit and novotel for making this stay memorable... ☺☺

Room was great. Services were great. Staff members were polite and very helpful. I would recommend people to be here at Novotel sagar road pune. I recommend the food as the breakfast was pretty good. Also, the distance from the places like Pabe ghat and other scenic places is not far.
