Great service , specially by front desk and housekeeping. The property is comparatively older in terms of infrastructure, but situated in good location, have great experience if combined with Imagica pass available for booking inside the property itself. Overall great experience

Disappointed with the service, the quality of food and room for the price we paid.It was overly crowded and the staff had absolutely no idea how to deal with it. The menu was similar for lunch and dinner buffet and desserts were the very same -cakes which they picked up and put it back again in the night time. Had to wait more than 45mins for our order and that too we went with kids. Recreational activities are limited and rooms are overused and stinky, bathrooms-don’t ask! Be ready to face rude staff most of the times Not at all worth going so far

Food was amazing and salad ,non Veg cuisine was also delicious buffet price are affordable and breakfast was also lovely we enjoyed lot .Thanks to Mr. Karan and Melina from F&B team, they were really courteous and professional and come with very rich experience in the industry.

Not meeting minimum requirements of being so called 5 Star Hotel. Overpriced for everything and the service / quality is average! Simple example - I called for water bottles and had to wait for almost an hour and that too after several reminders. I seriously doubt if this is a “5 Star Hotel”. I have stayed in many Accor hotels and my experience was great, I don’t know what’s wrong with this NOVOTEL…

long delays while checking in. Anchal from front desk was not helpful in resolving the queries. Very disappointing service !!
