Guaranteed room availability

If your preferred hotel is sold out, we will make a room available for you. You can benefit from guaranteed availability for bookings made up to three days in advance for Gold members, and up to two days in advance for Platinum and above.
Not applicable at Adagio and Adagio Access. For resort hotels and at Thalassa sea & spa, guaranteed room availability is only applicable to stays of at least seven nights.

Upgrade to the next room category (subject to availability)

Receive an upgrade to the next room category, if available at time of check-in. Excludes villas, one-of-a-kind suites, speciality suites and presidential suites.
If unavailable, the hotel will seek to allocate you an enhanced room in your current room category i.e. a higher floor, more desirable view, corner room or better amenities.
At Fairmont, an upgrade is not applicable to Fairmont Gold Floor. Raffles upgrades are available up to the Junior Suite category. This upgrade does not apply to ibis, ibis budget, ibis Styles, Adagio Access brands or any hotel which does not have varying room types.

Suite Night Upgrade

Receive a guaranteed upgrade to a suite for one night with a Suite Night Upgrade certificate. Earn two Suite Night Upgrade certificates as soon as you reach Platinum status, and obtain additional certificates with every 4,000 Status points earned. The more you stay, the more you earn.

Enjoy free breakfast on weekends when you book via, the Accor ALL app, our call centres or directly with the hotel.
The standard breakfast is complimentary for all registered guests staying in the member's room, unless otherwise indicated in the Special Terms of the reservation. It does not include room service or tips.
Hotels that do not have a restaurant or that exclusively offer breakfast inclusive rates do not participate in this offer.
In the Asia-Pacific region, members from Platinum status onwards may enjoy free breakfast all week at our hotels and resorts. Hotels with an Executive Lounge offer breakfast in their Executive Lounge. In hotels without an Executive Lounge, breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant.
Access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge at Fairmont is not included.

10 rewards worth €10 each are credited to your account once you've accrued 26,000 Status points during a calendar year.
