Rooms and other facilities are on high level. Front desk / reception and check-in /check-out experience is very good. Restaurant/bar is under staffed, I waited every time minimum 10 min to be aprouched and another 10 min to be served. This is repetative problem which I remeber from previous visits. On waiter servs restaurant and bar and these are two different spaces so he/she dosen't even notice you for long time. I would like also to hihhlight uour half board service. I paid it in advance. However experience was bad. You don't have any menu. Waiter just go to kitchen and ask what they can prepare that day. Then he retuen and inform me what I will get for dinner. That's it, one dish, no options... I was ofdered spagetti bolognese. That is redicilous! Next 2 nights I didn't use this service eventhough I paid it, so you can imagine how unsatisfied I was.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, .Give me information with details make my holiday so easy. Just one bus to city centre. And the people in Zagreb is very friendly, almost every can speak English and happy to help.
