我住的房间，整体感觉可以的，唯一的是，空调发出的低频声，对于敏感的人来说非常接受不了，我睡觉的时候，只能把空调关了！

I am glad to hear that your room was generally comfortable; however, I am truly sorry to learn about the disturbance caused by the low-frequency noise from the air-conditioning unit. I completely understand how disruptive this can be, especially for light or sensitive sleepers, and it is certainly not the restful experience we aim to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering team for immediate inspection of the unit, as this indicates a maintenance issue that requires immediate attention. We are also reviewing our room checks to better identify and address such concerns before assigning rooms to our guests. Should you stay with us again, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at any time. Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.
