Well located, you can basically walk everywhere in city centre. Shops and all what you need is near. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and professional. I asked an iron at the reception, and they brought it to my room straight away, even before I arrived from downstairs. Very efficient. Price was fair. I have been many times in Vilnius and this is the best choice you can have.

I stayed at Novotel Vilnius . The hotel is good: nice location, comfortable accommodation, a good breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. I did encounter a small charge that seemed incorrect at first, but after raising the issue with the hotel manager, it was promptly resolved and the amount was fully refunded. For me, the mistake itself is not a problem—especially when it is acknowledged and quickly corrected. This kind of approach truly deserves respect and builds trust with guests.

Very nice hotel super central located so you can walk to all city highlights. Good room on top floor with very nice view. Nice size and decent bed with nespresso in the room. Good breakfast but can get crowdy at peak hours. Nice lobby bar with a good IPA draft. Small sauna with downside that you need to start it and then wait cc 20 minutes for it to heat up. Friendly service.
