Stayed multiple times from 2023-2024 Sincere appreciation to the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore team for providing a great stay with requests mostly fulfilled and expectations exceeded some of the times. It is clear that the new management team led by Ms Priscilla Ng, Ms Elizabeth Chia, Mr Alan Tay, Ms Vivien Wong, Mr William Wong, Mr Andrew Lim, with Club Lounge & F&B Team, Mr Jojo Gutierrez, etc showed that the place is only going to be even better run. The team was easily contactable and they were very responsive to requests and did their best to meet each and every one of them. The all-day refreshments, breakfast and evening canapes at the Level 17 Lounge, Level 3 Feast Asia and Level 4 Breeze Bar were great. Watch out for the availability of drinks by the Breeze Bar and alcohol by the Lounge team as well as the wide range of tea offerings at the lounge. Furnishings in the lounge was freshly prepared for all types of travellers. Breakfast selections at Feast Asia were wide, with lovely designs. It was great to be able to have the entire breakfast selection. Staff at the restaurants were great and the Lounge was likewise well supported by each and every restaurant in the area. The pool is a safe cozy place. The 24/7 gym was available for use by Hotel Guests. There is more to share about this great team and great place, but I guess, we’ll let the photos do the talking. Am still not too familiar with all the new staff, so here are some names to mention 😊 GM/HM: Great leadership by Ms Priscilla Ng RD/FO/GRO: Great Team led by Ms Elizabeth Chia, Mr Alan Tay, Ms Vivien Wong, Mr William Wong, Mr Andrew Lim, with Club Lounge & F&B Team, Club Lounge/F&B/Feast Asia/Breeze Bar/In Room Dinning: Great Team led by Mr Jojo Gutierrez, etc Concierge, Housekeeping & Engineering: A decent team :) The housekeeping team was diligent at work. They are a great team that works hard to ensure the room is clean and tidied up. With that, hope the team continues to improve and strive to make Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore a greater place to Live, Work and Play at Katong 😊

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to a comfortable , clean room that was quiet. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast before departure. Hotel was a good choice for an overnight stay between flights.
