We stayed at ibis konstanz recently for four nights. The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. It's in a great location just a short distance from the town centre. The only downside we had was on checkout the reception asked for payment which we had made prior to our stay. We had to send an email to prove payment had been made. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location.
