From Platinum Status, you benefit from a free trial at one of WOJO's coworking spaces.

2. Simple steps to unlock your free trial:
- Reach out to WOJO by email (elisa@wojo.com) or by phone (01.73.06.43.87) specifying that you can access a free trial thanks to your ALL status and book a date.
- The day of your booking, simply show your ALL membership card at the front desk.

NB: This is a personal yearly Status-related benefit that cannot be transferred to someone else. If you lose your Status before being able to use it, it will no longer be available and cannot be claimed.

There are 2 ways to earn ALL points with WOJO. To benefit from it, you can reach out to WOJO by email (elisa@wojo.com) or by phone (01.73.06.43.87) specifying your ALL membership and when applicable your Meeting Planner subscription during the reservation process. In each case, the following conditions apply :

1. Meeting and event venues rental at WOJO
- The offer is only available to members of ALL who are subscribed to ALL Meeting Planner offer and cannot be transferred
- The point calculation is only based on the room rental
- The credit occurs within one month of payment of the invoice or maturity concerned

2. Monthly coworking subscription at WOJO
- The offer is only available to ALL members and cannot be transferred
- The credit occurs within one month of payment of the invoice or maturity concerned

There are 2 ways to earn ALL points with WOJO, the offers are detailed above (see question 2)

Apart from exception :
- Are eligible : Subscriptions services, Room and venue rental
- Are non-eligible : Food and beverage, outsourced services

NB :
- The point calculation is based on the total eligible amount before tax
- WOJO operated by third parties (ex: in-hotel) are non-eligible

Users benefit from a status accelerator with WOJO whether they're already a member of if they enroll to the progamme via WOJO. To unlock it, a dedicated landing page will be made available at WOJO via a QR code to be asked at the front desk.

If you duly informed WOJO of your ALL membership during the reservation process, your points will be credited within one month after the payment of the invoice or maturity concerned. After this delay, if you are still missing your points, please contact WOJO at coworking.help@wojo.com
