Easy check in, room was nice but the air con didn’t work so we were too hot at night

Rooms too hot, air conditioning not working

Good evening, We thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us about your night spent in our establishment. We are sorry to learn that you did not find the comfort you desired, particularly in relation to the temperature in the room. We have not yet activated the air conditioning mode in the hotel because our system is not reversible and it is still a little premature to do so. The outside temperatures this weekend were exceptional for this period, here and almost everywhere in France. But they will go down again tomorrow, and it will be cool again (4°C in the morning). We hope that you will trust us again during your next stay. The Ibis Budget Dole-Choisey team.

We were stopping off whilst driving north from the Alps. On arrival the welcome was friendly and helpful, including letting us know that there was a discount at the buffalo grill next door. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was warm and lots of water pressure which is always welcome! Breakfast the following morning had lots of choice, and again the friendly welcome from the team member behind the desk. There was a bit of noise in the night from one of the other guests either leaving or getting into their room, but that isn't in the hotel's control (other than better soundproofing perhaps) but overall we were very happy with our stay and would return.
