I had the impression your staff was more polite than average, the rooms are not noisy, which is very important when one stays over for a business trip and the bathroom was both bvery clean and well-equipped. If possible I would switch off the light on the balcony during the night, for an even better sleeping experience and equip more rooms with opening windows.

Myself and my adult son from Ireland stayed while visiting Liege for cycle race. Bus direct to start/finish of cycle race from outside front door of hotel, perfect. Hotel great value for money. Helpful and friendly receptionists. Good spacious bedroom. Central location

Hotel was well located for shops, restaurants and local attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and informative, nothing was too much for them, they were very accommodating. Room was very basic but clean.

I read some of the reviews on the hotel before going so I knew what to expect. It was mentioned that the rooms were warm due to windows not opening, the rooms were a little cramped, no power points near the bed and the decoration was a little out dated.... which was all correct. However we were provided with a fan in the room and there was an extension cable leading to the bed. Unfortunately my daughter saw that first and took that side of the bed. We were in Liege for a dance competition so didnt spend a great deal of time in the hotel but any bad points to the hotel were overlooked and we had a lovely stay. The room, even if it could have done with a touch of paint in some areas, was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. The staff on reception were great, they were very friendly and tried their best to help us with taxis or busses. One man (didnt get his name but he was there tuesday - friday of our stay) even went as far as trying to teach us a little french and patiently let us practise our very bad french on him. We would happily stay here again if we were to come back to Liege.
