Dear Custumer, We are sorry that our elevator technical intervention was an inconvenience during your stay. Like you whrote yourself, we gave this information by email to all our guest as soon as possible. For your information, your rates was already a discount of the normal rates, and since you booked a special room, we had no choice to gave you the room on the 3rd floor like we explained at the check in. I noted all your other remarqs about the rooms and the amenities and I am very surprised because all of this is conform to the standard of the brand Ibis Styles. In the future, do not hesitate to ask directly the team when you need something : we are available 24h. Since you are desappointed of this holidays stay, as a commercial gesture, we charged 2000 all reward point on your account. Best regards, Michel - General Manager
