We were able to get into our room early, which was great coming in off an overnight flight. The location is good, however a number of homeless people hung around the area. The hotel is secured and safe. Our 1 bedroom apartment was nice, it could use some drawers in the bedroom, and the freezer door was broken so used a bandaid to keep it shut so it would make ice. Did find 4/5 TV channels in English. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain fast but the one in the toilet does. The personnel were friendly and booked us a taxi for our departure.

Very strategic location, right next to De Bouckere station. There were carrefour express and burger king right in front of the hotel. We stayed 1 night at Adagio Aparthotel for 4 persons. The room was neat and clean. The room was equipped dining table, Microwave and complete dining set. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Once we asked for direction, she provided us with full information, including wrote down number of train and direction. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

it is actually attached to Anspach shopping mall. The metro bus la boukère is just under it. Opposite to it there is BNP Parisbas fortis bank, and just in front of the hotel’s entrance there is a carrefour supermarket open till 22:00. There is Paul bakery next to the hotel door. It is on a busy street. Some rooms are just over the bus stop so it might get noisy. The room had everything we might need: fridge, dish washer, dishes, cutlery, iron, ironing board, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, broom, TV, desk, 2 chairs. We had room 728. The persons at the reception were all nice and helpful.

Yatak konforu konusunda beklentilerinizi karşılayamamış olmamızdan dolayı ise üzgünüz, ancak tüm yataklarımızın kaliteli ve konforlu olduğundan emin olmak için sürekli çaba göstermekteyiz. Ayrıca konaklamanız sırasında temizlik hizmeti almamış olmanız ile ilgili belirttiğiniz husus, politikamız gereği her 8 günde bir temizlik yapılması nedeniyledir. Misafirlerimizin ihtiyacı olduğunda, ekstra temizlik hizmetleri sunmaktayız ve bu konuda her zaman yardımcı olmaktan mutluluk duyarız. Terrible manager who treated guest with medical need without dignity. I nearly needed to involve the police

I booked this hotel because I need to use the refrigerator in the kitchen in the room. I thought I can trust this hotel chain. But when I am in room, there was no freezer. I have been to many. hotels - even at budget hotels, staffs will come up with a solution to help. But the manager and staff at this hotel plainly refused to help. When I ask to talk to the manager, this staff say he is the manager. I ask if he can help, he say no. I am the one to propose and pleading if the hotel can help me freeze my ice pack, , he say no. I am left with no choice and desperate. I asked to returned my money as I paid with debit card not credit card. But this staff cannot return my money on the spot I just paid a short while ago. I am really left with no choice, desperate, so I ask this manager to call the police for me. He made some enquiry, then came back and told me he can help me store the ice pack. This staff have no empathy towards a guest in genuine medical assistance. Take no initiative to solve problem. I plead to get help but heartless refused assistance, it is when I ask him to call the police that he make enquiry to consider the solution I proposed. I will not go back to this hotel in Brussels.
