Fantastic stay

While this was a business trip, we still had our youngest (6) in tow, so we decided to choose a hotel that could offer some entertainment for kids. The location of the complex is great: Directly at a long, mostly sandy beach, you will find several buildings (up to 8 floors) featuring all types of rooms from "small" (35-38m2) to suites and villas with over 200m2. Interspersed are several nice pools, and at this time of the year there is no competition for space either. The rooms are nice, some offer sea view, have spacious bathrooms and pleasant interior. Like the entire complex, including all outdoor areas, the rooms are kept nearly immaculately clean. Among the available activities are soccer, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball, fitness, and many more. The beach offers plenty of deckchairs and more luxurious versions such as small beach houses with their own fridge, etc. One of the highlights, however, is the water park and the kids' area around the corner: This is a place of its own - several small buildings next to each other, with a pool and water park for kids (!) in the centre. A lot of activities for the young ones, too: playground, painting, crafting, robotic technology, dancing, and so on, and so on. We are usually not people who like to leave their kids (in total 4 of them) in a hotel's kids' club, but in this case our girl asked herself because she was so fond of the opportunities - if your kid asks herself to go there, it must be a fab spot. There are activities for adults throughout the day as well, in the evening they usually offer some kind of show or concert. Food and drinks: plenty, and top quality. This place is not saving on food expenses, same for drinks. You do not get cheap wine, you can ask for all sorts of drinks and cocktails, and staff will usually go out of their way to make your wish come true. This goes for both restaurants in the main building as well as the many other locations that offer snacks and drinks during the day and in the evening. There are several à la carte restaurants as well, and of course a small shopping mall in the inner courtyard. This was one of the most pleasant trips, especially for our youngest girl (who easily travels 10+ times per year), so we will definitely come back again for more.

Second visit, and see you next year Rixos!

This is the second time we’ve been to Rixos Sungate and I’m pretty sure we’ll be back again. It’s a beautiful resort with plenty to do and see, so you don’t need to leave if you don’t want to. That said, we did take the opportunity to visit Land of Legends for free, and had a great day there too. Can’t recommend enough. Food is great, drinks flow freely, service is excellent, rooms are comfortable and kept clean. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic! Everything was just perfect! Bellboys were so friendly, early check in and room upgrade made us super happy, the food is just delicious: difference every day, especially dinners! Yaaammmy! We loved the team so much: especially Nadia Guest relations, Alina bartender, all of the guys from the World Class gym, housekeeping team is doing such a great job, and fire sure the waitress&cooks 👌thanks also to maintenance team for keeping all the things in a good condition and gardening for keeping the territory so green and beautiful! Thanks to coffee bar for the great Flat white 😘 Oh yes! And pool djs - thanks for the proper beats, it’s so good to hear such awesome music style at a family hotel! We didn’t want to leave and we definitely want to come back again! ❤️

I really am a Rixos brand fan as you can see. Rixos Sungate is now up there as a hotel I would highly recommend and return to. We arrived in the early hours after a delay and check in was very quick. The first room was extremely hot but we were immediately offered an alternative. This was huge. Unfortunately it was missing a curtain which we found out an hour later but after a chat with Guest relations we were offered an upgrade. But in the meantime our lovely cleaner was putting a new curtain up and a brand new mattress topper so we remained in this room. It made us think how quick & reactive Guest relations are. Huge thanks to our lovely cleaner 1405. Food was very good. We ate in 3 a la cartes (Mexican , seafood & Mandarin),very easy to book and food was excellent. Main buffet was sometimes a little hectic but the fabulous Celebi looked after us at breakfast & lunch and Bora in the evening . Huge selection- very impressed that you can pre order Avocado & Poached eggs that are served. The beach snack bar was great, huge baked potatoes with lots of filling. The marine bar seemed to have a good selection of bottled beer & premium sprits, Fantasy bar was the best cocktails by far and had a lovely chilled out vibe. The main Lotus bar was ok, great service from Buse who also worked at Dem coffee and every morning I was welcomed with my favourite iced coffee. The complex is huge, so much to do, we definitely recommend longer than 1 week to get round to everything. Loved the DJ sets in the afternoon, the evening one was fab and the light show hugely entertaining. The Rixy club was very impressive, and the carnival was a brilliant time(sweets,candy floss, bubble tea & doughnuts). Also need to add the 4pm noodles is a great idea, also chocolate pastry’s. Staff here really do go above & beyond. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Rixos Sungate! You will definitely see us again! The Henshall Family xx

We have absolutely loved our holiday it is our second time at Rixos sungate after almost 7 years and it is just as good as we remember Amazing food choices plenty of drinks and we have managed to make the most of everything the hotel have had to offer as we have bought our kids back The gym is amazing and ala carte was fantastic! Plus free access to land of legends makes it worthwhile when it only a 40 minute commute.
