Where do I start this wonderful hotel never fails to live up to expectations, I will just address the lady’s comments about watered down drinks the cocktails aren’t always the best that’s just being honest whether they do water down the drinks I really don’t know, we actually are still here I don’t need to wait until the end of the holiday as we couldn’t be any happier, so far we have met 2 other couples who are going to book for next year that to me says everything about this lovely hotel. The entertainment, a different show every night and they are mixing it up catering for all ages, so far we have had a Broadway Show, Brazilian Dancers, a Neon party and a dj after. The Staff, this one is so easy everyone is so friendly and helpful, we wanted to mention the people we had come across so in The Palm restaurant thank you so much for your excellent service. A Khaled Eslam Dooa And of course the manager Mohamed all these people made our stay 🥰 just to add there was so much choice of food in the Palm restaurant. The oasis pool near block 3 where the hotel upgraded us to thank you great spot, Amr Lawzy Ahmed Mohamed Ramos Mina Ashraf And of course chef Beshoy, again all of these people made our stay so enjoyable.

First I want to start off and say we stayed at a different hotel for 5 nights and I had no issue at all. The night I arrived I had pasta with tomato sauce and was very sick and spent 2 days in bed with an awful stomach. I then persevered and had dinner after that… same story became even worse and violently ill the rest of the holiday and even now. Upon reading reviews here, many state this issue too. We contacted the hotel and they ignored every single concern I had. My mother asked for biscuits to be sent to the room for me but they told us we had to pay extra. For Vegetarian options, it’s very poor. Same every day for the buffet and not many things are marked for dietary needs. I had a bread roll with a slice of tomato every night!! Also if you fancy having a redbull or energy drink, in an all inclusive may I add… you guessed it, you have to pay extra! Accessability wise, hills are very steep but much better than most hotels or places in Sharm. The last day there was a pool party and it was actually very good. But I will state staff here don’t go out of their way to form personal connections with guests as they are too busy to. Such a shame as it was marketed to be luxury and inclusive to all…

Not for me. Marketed as high luxury but management penny pinching shows in the absolutely vile cocktails - reason fresh juice is only served at breakfast. After that it is juice like the cheapest supermarket own brand, so drinks taste awful. Think vodka with orange squash. Mini bar contains soft drinks and one packet of crisps, anything else including biscuits and alcohol you have to pay for on room service. Red Bull is extra as well at bars. Buffet restaurant was like a canteen, unlike Seagate where their buffet looks like a proper restaurant. Not helped by servers scraping off dirty plates into bins on trolleys right by you and clanging plates around. Buffet hardly changed apart from meat choices, vegetarians were left with tomato pasta, salad and cheese every day - cheese only available at breakfast and lunchtime, the odd rice dish, humus etc. But that never changed so choice was poor, especially so for vegans. No labelling so unsure what salads were vegetarian and not. Bread was hard and stale, although they were freshly baked croissants and rolls with pepper etc most mornings. We tried two A l'Cartes, the Italian and Indian, not impressed but might be better for meat eaters. Very busy resort, too busy for me felt I was on holiday with thousands, so packed in like sardines around pools and on beach. Entertainment pool was good, enjoyed aqua aerobics etc. Hassled for reviews like other people on here. One man was very insistent, asking us to write one in front of him, then kept asking whenever we saw him., Service was far better at Seagate, staff much friendly and lifeguards rushed to put towels etc on beds. Think staff at adults only treat you well if you tip well, but Seagate they just did that anyway. Our room was lovely and spacious which was a plus. We enjoyed the shows but they are at an unpleasant ear splitting level. The DJs are just ridiculous, every night it is almost hard core rave music played at such a loud level we could hear it in our room from the beach when we were near to reception. Cannot understand at all why Rixos thinks that having a DJ on every night playing really loud until 1-2am is enjoyable for most of its guests. It wasn't. The thing we really enjoyed was the pool party with huge floating flamingos and foam, that was fun. But the rest of it I didn't really like at all, especially for price paid. I would return to Rixos but not this one - I would go to Seagate which seemed a lot better in every way.

Very good location and with very kind people! Especially animation team. The service at the Turkish restaurant inside the resort was amazing, as great as the BBQ one where chef Tuncay prepared for us an amazing dinner with live cooking! Definitely gonna come here again in the near future!

What a fabulous hotel, where do I begin? From the moment you check in you're made to feel like royalty. ALL of the staff, and I do mean every single one, can't do enough to help you. Your bags are carried to the room which was spotlessly clean and had a very comfy bed, we've not slept this well for ages. We went to the beach every day, they bring you as many towels as you want, no messing about with cards. As the day draws to a close there's a sunset party at the Beach Bar, a great place to chill before going to your (lovely) room to freshen up before heading out for A La Carte. All of the restaurants are fantastic, we preferred the Brazillian for purely personal reasons, the fillet mignon was to die for! The evenings entertainment was spectacular, Mia Ferrari DJing, ballet, gymnastics, the choreographed dancers, you name it. We really didn't want to leave when we came to the end of our holiday, we'll definitely be back. Thank you to each and every member of staff who made this memorable holiday possible.
