Tasty buffet and amazing ambiance. Live music outside when the weather allows. Service is excellent, especially Islam kindly assisted us. We would recommend the hotel and the restaurant to everyone. Thanks alot for everything. We will be back.

Great hotel, quality service, great hospitality skills! We felt like home when we was here. Islam is incredibly helpful and would definitely recommend to friends and family. The whole team was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% come back again and hope to come back next year. Thank you to the front house team! Especially Ons for the help too.

Islam was incredibly welcoming every night we went for dinner, he made us feel at home every night. We highly recommend the retreat resort. The location is perfect with a lovely pool and beach. The hotel itself is a wellness hotel and was a nice detox for 10 days. Thank you Islam & all team

It was one the best Hotel in Dubai at the Palm.jumeirah We came for breakfast in the vibe restaurant, attended by Mr Arshad and his team like obaid manoj and lulu , who are really friendly and accommodatable. Food was also up to liking no matter for breakfast or lunch they always provide professional service,about the beach it's calm and peace as it doesn't have alcohol people can enjoy their vacation with family members Recommend to all must visit place

One person is enough to spoil your vacation. The guy who accommodated us (name is Abhishek) didn't want to give an extra bed for the child which was prepaid until we gave him a deposit for the bed as a guarantee.It's quite unpleasant to have paid, to travel for hours, finally arriving in an unknown place and hoping on vacation that someone will just arrange things so that your child sleeps on the ground 🤷🏻‍♀️. After all this, our other impressions of the place simply lose importance.
