Rixos The Palm Luxury Suite Collection 5 ดาว

We stayed in a family suite during February half term with our 2 teenage daughters and had the best week. This really is a special hotel. From the welcome on arrival, to the guest services contacts and the food at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants, it was all great. And then there are the complimentary Atlantis water park tickets and shuttle bus too! This hotel describes itself as luxury all inclusive and it certainly felt that way with made to order smoothies by the pool and a suite that was bigger than most houses. Special mention should be made of Matthew (at guest services) who booked all our restaurants and water park tickets, and Rajan in the L’Olivo Italian restaurant. They both are clearly proud to work at the hotel and take pride in delivering for their customers. They made our stay really special This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Thanks for making our stay perfect.

Hotel is amazing and staff is very friendly this is our 2nd time in this hotel we never had this type vacation my room cleaner everyday making something special for us he’s cleaning is amazing my room cleaner name mufassil thank so much for everything we will come back soon

Before I can even comment on the Hotel I have to mention the staff. All staff were polite and could not do enough for us. In particular Sarah at the coffee shop always a smile and a chat. Then we had Alisha in the turquoise restaurant. She brightened our mornings the whole ten days with service second to none. We then had a brilliant room attendant called Madhu, who even came at different times if our little one was asleep. He always had a smile too and kept everything immaculate. And beside the pool we were lucky to have Shanker Looking after our every need. He would always be there if we needed anything. I cannot believe how privileged we have been to have such EXCELLENT service from these staff in particular but wish I could mention others too. Thank you RIXOS for a great first time holiday In Dubai & hope to return. The actual hotel was just what we needed. We had a two bed suite. The pools were great and the sea was so easy to access too. The steakhouse and Italian restaurants were perfect and the buffet had too much choice. We ate breakfast in the Turquoise restaurant each day and it was lovely.

Last day of our amazing 10 day stay at this beautiful resort! Catching some last minute rays before we leave but wanted to just leave a quick review to say how brilliant the staff are in this hotel particularly our room attendant Madhu! He works tirelessly and is very good at looking after his guests leaving special touches to make us smile everyday!! See photos attached!! The hotel is beautiful and food in the restaurants is very good as well as the drink selection! Will do a full review when I get home with pro’s and cons for the hotel and resort.

We always come to rixos this is our 12 vacation here and always they are perfect service and accommodation its amazing Moustafa from guest relation he give us the feeling that we are at home he is very helpful with big smile always Food also and restaurants are amazing taste and always new dishes .
