Good location and excellent service. Gives the weary traveler the sense of familiarity and consistency. The staff are always nice and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are kept quite clean and the amenities are appropriate. Still and has always been a choice place of stay for me whenever in Singapore.

I really enjoyed my 3 week stay here. Breakfast was wonderful, cleaning staff in the room took good care of me (special shout of to Fa Ying and Ya Min), and the room itself was wonderful. The functionality and lighting in the room really made my long-term stay here pleasurable. I also loved the unlimited water with your own personal tap and water bottles provided.

The room was spotless and room service was impeccable. Our room attendant Moe, brought a smile to our faces with the beautiful towel animals and flowers :) Hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything needed. We had an amazing stay!

Good efficient service from all. A nice breakfast. Myra was very good in dealing with my every need and was very welcoming. Reception were excellent and the location is superb, very close to the City Hall subway system. I will return to this hotel!

Welcoming room upon entry with a great view in the balcony. The vibes in my room makes you a part of the city no matter if its in a day or night time. Housekeepers do their jobs neat at its best. Thanks for the great experience you shared with us here!
