Amazing hotel with great facilities. Food at Envogue did not disappoint and the location is close to perfect. Run by an outstanding manager Massimo who displayed his presence throughout our stay and was always making sure guests were happy and accommodated to. Thanks Massimo and Novotel Kata for making our stay a memorable and outstanding one. Will be returning.

I would like to share my experience at Novotel Phuket kata avista. Firstly the location was perfect near the local shop, restaurant, and many small shops all around so convenient. The hotel service provided a shuttle bus every hour round trip to Kata beach make more convenient for your relaxing time. The room was quite big, the bed was tamely comfortable, and they had no plastic which is better for now in this situation. For the restaurant the food was great, various things to choose from the breakfast and a big coffee machine. Lastly, I would like to appreciate the service there, they always smile and greet us whenever we walk through the lobby. Especially Ms. BEE, who always greets us every time. She has many suggestions guided us to travel like a local person. She organized my birthday to be very surprised in the room. I would like to thank her and the staff at Novotel Kata Avista lots. The place and the people make me gorgeous memorable. I will come back here for sure.
