Friendly staff. Let us leave bag and then check in a little early after long flight. However we weren’t all that happy to have to pay a further ($250) bond, especially as we had prepaid our accommodation and hadn’t been told about the bond beforehand.

The mattress was great. However, the on-site club was too noisy and it was a hassle to ask for amenities. Slippers should have been provided without asking. The carpeting on the floor was uncomfortable The room was small and the reservation said it was a city view, but it was just a wall view of the next building, so we had to keep the curtains drawn the whole time.
