Excellent hotel ideally located for all that Dresden has to offer. The hotel benefits from a quiet location with a tram stop directly outside the main entrance. This connects you to the entire DVB network. The hotel is welcoming and bright and the staff are friendly, helpful and caring. They made me feel valued. My room was huge! Tasteful, modern decor and a big comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic and toiletries are provided. I had everything I needed and slept really well on both nights of my stay. The price I paid for my room was incredibly reasonable and I enjoyed amazing value for money. I chose to have breakfast on the first morning of my stay. It was €13 and was excellent. Lovely variety of hot and cold foods which set me up for a brilliant day sightseeing in Dresden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for a restful and comfortable place to stay. Really enjoyable!!

I have always have comfortable and friendly stays at this hotel where I come regularly. When I have questions or concerns, the team is very approachable and helpful. I did not give 10 out of 10 as there are always a few opportunities to improve: most of the staff is not aware of all processes (points, reservations etc...) and you always get to hear "please speak to my colleague on the next day", from time to time the room amenities are not prepared properly (I had twice no shampoo in the bottle of the shower or no tea and coffee waiting for me).

For what you pay, you'll get clean, spacious rooms - rather on the dark side. Parking was not a problem streetside and there are plenty of shopping/dining options nearby

In general, it was a good hotel. The attentiveness of room preparation was excellent and staff is very friendly. Location is a few steps away from the tram to the city centre. It was easy to find parking on the street in front of the hotel. However, the room barely had any light. Even if they had one lamp to brighten the room, it would be great!
