The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

Great Location, so close to the beach, restaurants. However the rooms/property are in need of a make over. There was no toilet paper (surely there is a checklist ??) I went to get the iron out & found a previous guests dirty clothes in the cupboard. The room just didn’t feel clean, I can imagine it’s hard to get and keep good house keeping staff in Noosa. But this room just had “dirty vibes” and it was quite easy to leave.

We paid a modest rate for a 2 bedroom. On arrival the chain on the blind was broken we were careful to use the blind but it event broke and we had to put up with a lounge blind fully down and obstructing our view. Fortunately it was able to be fixed it the next day which was great. Food packages were found from previous guests and a drink bottle. The tv didn’t work so remote was changed but still needed 3 presses for the tv to respond. Only a doona insert on beds not covers. Our first night was spent on a mattress that wobbled with every movement. The worst night sleep ever. We didn’t like to alert reception as we were weary we would be marked as complaining guests and we thought we may get use to the bed. We checked out day 8 needing a holiday as sleep deprived. On check out we responded to the receptionist question ‘ How was your stay? We mentioned the uncomfortable bed and the lovely receptionist said they would of changed the mattress had we said something but you know what we just expected the mattress to be mantra standard which it wasn’t as we often stay at Mantra establishments and we had paid a hefty rate. An amount equivalent to holidaying in Hawaii. So after being regular guests over a long period of time the level of maintenance is reviewed as being very poor and seen as a serious need for the new management to address why rooms are not checked before guests check in.

We stay here because the location is second to none, and my son loves the pool. But the rooms are getting worse and worse each time, in need of repairs and very dirty. This stay will probably be our last if hygiene of the rooms isn’t improved!

We were looking for an “on Hastings Street” accommodation option. The French Quarter was exactly that. It is well positioned, close to the beach and all the great food options.
