We have eaten in the bar restaurant a number of times after work and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The menu has a good variety of dishes and is reasonably priced for an airport hotel… overall, very good.

Yeah, the stay was for a business event, and it was okay despite the routine incompetence at the hotel. The booking process was insecure ('email us your credit card details') and they got the dates wrong. They also failed to add breakfast to one of the room bookings, despite charging for it. When I was checked in, the guy didn't take a card scan, so I had to return to reception when trying to use the restaurant and charge to the room. The room key he gave me was only validated for one of the two nights, causing yet another return to reception. Then, the room key for the event room stopped working a day early, despite being guaranteed that it would work for the duration of the event. I was sent a restaurant menu before arriving, was promised it was the 'new menu' and it was totally different to the menu that was in use. Being 'nice' is not the same as being effective, and I have a preference from the people paid to serve me. The hotel itself is well-situated, easy to get to and mostly clean. The restaurant is nothing to rave about, but didn't poison anyone. If you have the patience and want to get your daily steps in by constantly having to walk back to reception, this place will be a hit.
