Very relaxing and peaceful resort, staff always there to help, Gita loyalty guest manger made us so Well come . Was only there for two nights ,wish we had been there for a longer period . A 3/5 mins walk from the resort to the long stretch blue water beach .just mind blowing.

5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General Manager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. Special shoutout to Gita Ben - you are simply wonderful and we cannot wait to plan our return trip. If you are looking for a place to stay in South Goa, then definitely look no further! Extremely good hotel which is set in very environmentally friendly surroundings with large number of birds singing early morning songs. Loved it. Gita Naik, Guest Experience and Loyalty Manager and all her staff looked after us very well and all of them were very friendly and caring. The property is a scam in the name of Novotel. Check-in takes more than 45 mins even when you arrive at 9 PM, you sleep on springs instead of a mattress, room service takes your order in sleep and sends all incorrect order.
